Product Overview
CALISTA™ Case Management System is a one-stop portal connecting large port operators, their logistics clientele, financing partners and banks together on a single platform, to expedite and optimise the financing flow.

Product Solutions
Port Operators and Admins will perform KYB on their clientele. They will upload trade documents on behalf of borrowers. The application will be sent to a network of trade financiers and bank users that will review, approve or pass the application. The whole process of financing applicable is streamlined and introduce more prompt follow-ups from banks and financiers.

1 Introduction
1.1 About CALISTA™ CMS

CALISTA™ Case Management System is a one-stop portal connecting large port operators, their logistics clientele, financing partners and banks together on a single platform, to expedite and optimise the financing flow.

1.2 Objective

This user guide will help users to:

  • Create Case
  • View Past Cases

2 Login
2.1 Rationale

This section takes you through how to log in to the Case Management Portal to access its services

2.2 Create New Account

Please inform gets support staff at gets-fintech@globaletrade.services for the creation of new accounts for PSA admin. The generated user id and password will be sent to your email.

2.3 How to login

  1. Launch the CALISTA Finance website https://calista-finance.globaletrade.services/CALISTAWEB/cusLogin/finance/cms/login.cl in your internet browser

In the Log In panel, indicate your provided Email Address and Password.
Click “Login”

2.4 Forgot Password

Launch the CALISTA Finance website https://calista-finance.globaletrade.services/CALISTAWEB/cusLogin/finance/cms/login.cl in your internet browser

In the Login panel, click “Forgot Password?”

In the panel, enter your email in both Username and Registered Email
Click “Reset Password”


Please access your email account login password details


Change your password by inputting email address, current password sent in the generated email, and the new password.
Requirements for New Password- Must be at least 10 characters- Characters allowed are (0-9), alphabets (lower and uppercase) and symbols (!@#$%^&*)
Click “Update Password”

3 Create Case
3.1 Create a new case

From the left navigation menu, click on the “Case Management System” >> “Create Case”.

The following screen will be shown.

Enter the details of the following details to complete a case

Field description Action/Input Required
Name of Client Name of Borrower’s Company
Registered Address of Client Registered Address of Borrower’s Company
Operating Address of Client Operating Address of Borrower’s   Company. Optional field.
Nature of Client’s Business Define nature of borrower’s business (e.g. industry, company size etc.)
Trade Credit Assessment Click  to upload selected file or drag-and-drop selected file.  Trade Credit Assessment documents can be PO, Invoices etc. This field is mandatory
Business License Click   to upload selected file or drag-and-drop selected file.  Business license documents can be ACRA etc. Optional field
Custom Declaration Click  to upload selected file or drag-and-drop selected file.  Custom Declaration documents can be permit declaration, bill of lading etc.
Contract Agreement Click  to upload selected file or drag-and-drop selected file.  Contract Agreement documents can be contractual agreement between buyer and supplier etc.
Financial Statement Click  to upload selected file or drag-and-drop selected file.  Financial Statement documents can be latest annual financial statement etc.
Others Click  to upload selected file or drag-and-drop selected file.  Financial Statement documents can be other supporting documents etc.
Transaction Type Select transaction type, where applicable:
TERMINAL OPSCARGO SOLUTIONWAREHOUSINGOTHERS  
Shipping Status Select transaction type, where applicable:
GOODS IN WAREHOUSESHIP LEFT PODSHIP LEFT POLOTHERS  
Additional Comments Additional comments about the financing application
Click “Submit” to submit application form
Click “Save” to save application form as draft

3.2 Resubmit or Unpublish a submitted case

From the left navigation menu, click on the “Case Management System” >> “View Past Cases”.
Click on Action button to view a submitted case.

The following submitted application will be shown.

Make necessary changes to the fields indicated in Section 3.1Click  to resubmit informationClick  to unpublish the information.

3.3 View All Cases

  1. From the left navigation menu, click on the “Case Management System” >> “View Past Cases”.
  2. All cases will be displayed here.

Please register at www.calistafinance.com/cn for interest to join the network. An onboarded account will be sent within 2 business days.

2.3 How to login

Launch the CALISTA Finance website https://calista-finance.globaletrade.services/CALISTAWEB/cusLogin/finance/cms/login.cl in your internet browser

In the Log in panel, indicate your provided Email Address and Password.
Click “Login”

3 Submit a quote
3.1 Submit a Quote

  1. From the left navigation menu, click on the “Case Management System” >> “View Past Cases”.
  1. Click on  at the “Action” column to view a single transaction.
  1. View details of completed case.

Click “Interested” to accept a quote. Applicant will be notified of the interest by email. This action can’t be changed.
